If your order was cancelled
If your order was cancelled because your card was declined, you'll need to provide another payment method or update your existing card information before replacing your order, as instructed in the email you have got from Google.
If you cannot proceed as suggested by Google for whatever reason, please contact Customer Support below.
Force close when loading a game
Please uninstall the game and reinstall it from Google Play. Then restart your device. If it still occurs please contact our Customer Support.
Not enough memory to install
Please make sure you have enough free space on the internal memory. Uninstall apps or move some installed apps to your SD card, restart your phone and then try to install the game again.
Game controls in Bubble Bust!
Please note there is no slingshot controls in Bubble Bust!, instead just tap a marble on the game board, or an empty spot close to it, to fire a marble towards that spot.
